Shipping will be by USPS (U.S. Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service) depending on which would be most cost effective for the customer or by specific request. Most shipping overseas will be by USPS Air Letter Post, or Air Parcel Post as this will limit customs documentation fees to the customer at thier end. We can certainly ship by UPS overseas should real-time tracking be desired. Customers should be aware that UPS will charge a customs documentation fee upon delivery.
Returns will be accepted if within 7 days of receipt of package, and if products are returned as recieved in resaleable condition. Please contact us prior to return for a Return Authorization.
Lost or Damaged Packages: It is the customers responsibility to initiate a claim with the appropriate shipper. Every effort will be made by Twin Peaks Ambrosium LLC to supply both the customer, and shipper with any and all information regarding the shipment of the package. Twin Peaks Ambrosium will work with all parties to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, including replacement of the product if needed. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage by USPS unless insurance for the shipment is purchased.
Other Shipping Methods: We can ship by FedEx, or DHL if requested, though we do not normally use these shippers.
