Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! Whether you request covers one piece, or a hundred, we're happy to make our products to your specifications always! We're happy to create your own candle or custom blend of oil.

Do you custom make every order?
Yes. Because of this, we typically do not ship the same day as your order. We will ship within one to three days, in order to give us the time necessary to make your creation! If your order will take us longer than the third day after your order to ship, we will contact you to let you know that day your order will ship.

What is your return policy?
We will accept returns if the product is returned within 7 days of receipt, and in resaleable condition. We cannot accept returns on used (or partially used) items. Please contact us by phone or email prior to shipping for a return authorization number.

Will you be adding other scents or colors in the future?
Count on it! If you have a favorite scent, or color, and it is not represented already, please contact us at sales@twinpeaksambrosium.com. We're happy to order it in and get it out to you!

What's up with your wax? It looks spotty in the photos.
We use a special mottling wax for our candles. Why? Because it adds visual interest and dimension and gives a unique look. The photos do not do the candles justice; they are absolutely BEAUTIFUL. There's a gel-like look and a satin sheen. Of course, we can make candles using the more traditional smooth-finish wax or soy wax if you prefer.

What the heck is an "ambrosium"?
"Ambrosia" is originally from the Greek for "food of the gods" and "something with an especially delicious flavor or fragrance". Our studio always smells so good that in a goofy mood we called it an "ambrosium" and had a eureka moment for the name of our business!
